Wow…what an amazing event! People were looking cool and grooving on the dance floor at the September 30th Tyler Foundation annual fundraising extravaganza at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo. This year, the theme was “White Hot.” The event attracted over 350 guests and was the most successful to date in raising funds to support children with cancer in Japan and their families.

People were bronco-busting; hootin’ and hollerin’ on the dance floor; and gamblin’ for a chance at a great meal in Tokyo at the October 1st Tyler Foundation annual fundraising extravaganza at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo. This year, the theme was “Rhinestone Cowboy.” The event attracted 369 guests and was the most successful to date in raising funds to support children with cancer in Japan and their families.

This was our fourth evening of fun and fundraising in which we asked for your support of the Tyler Foundation. Four years of your support has led to great accomplishments that are making a real difference in the daily lives of children with cancer and their families as well as raising awareness of the need for an organization like the Tyler Foundation in Japan.

Another first-of-its kind in Tokyo! Music, murder and mystery! Director Rachel Walzer and Tokyo’s premier international actors pulled out all stops to bring down the house with their outstanding performances!

On Saturday, Nov. 10th, 2007 some of Tokyo’s hottest singers rocked the house at the Tokyo Shine On! Idol fundraiser. What a night! What an event! So much great energy — from the singers, the audience and the judges!

On November 8th, 2007, the Tyler Foundation held its gala fundraising event, the Entertainment Extravaganza 2007 Celebrity Dinner at The Westin Tokyo.

Hundreds of people braved the rain to support the biggest cricket game ever in Japan hosted by the Yokohama Country and Athletic Club!

Everyone enjoyed a great day of golf at the beautiful Seve Ballesteros Golf Club. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Imprint, Jack Nicklaus Golf Center and Devere & Partners made the day even more fun with their respective challenges on their sponsored holes.

On September 29, over three-hundred and sixty people attended the Celebrity Sports Dinner at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo. Thanks to all who attended, our volunteers and to our most generous sponsors and winning bidders in the auction.
